After installing iOS 4.1, released by Apple this past wednesday,
Mobile Vikings customers will need to re-enter their Cellular Data Network configuration on their iPhones in order to use the internet, MMS and Internet Tethering. As long as Apple won't provide a
Mobile Vikings IPCC file this will continue to happen for each firmware update (so be warned for iOS 4.2 in November). In order to make life easier I've included all settings with screenshots:

It might be worth mentioning that I also have to restore the network settings everytime (reset them).
Voor mensen die nog op 4.0.1 zitten kunnen de IPCC als volgt installeren:

@CoNsPirAcY: Please make sure people are aware that the link you posted in your comment only applies to 4.0.1 and DOESN'T work with iOS 4.1.
My testcase:
IPCC: MobileVikings_iOS4_final_3.ipcc
Device: iPhone 3GS (not jailbroken)
SIM: Mobile Vikings MicroSIM
iOS: 4.1
The settings described on this blog will work on any iOS device with the current firmware (4.1).
Thanks man, it helped.
iPhone 4 with iOS 5.0.1
